Akai - January 1991 to July 1996

Akai is a volume manufacturer of digital musical instruments and audio recording equipment for semi-professional and professional markets in broadcast, music and film.

Developed the i386-based CPU board for the DD1500 audio hard disk recorder. Also developed software in x86 'C' and assembler, together with DSP code for four generations of audio hard disk recorders.
