Kobalt Music Group - August 2001 to December 2001

Kobalt Music Group is a startup music publisher and publishing services company. The position of CTO was an interim one.

Responsible for IT and system development, including a custom web-based digital rights management system for managing published musical works, contracts and revenue flows. Implemented using Enterprise Java and Oracle9i.

Achievements

· Established the development of rights management system
· Consolidated the company internet domains under centralised management
· Introduced a DSDM RAD approach for system development
· Initiated an open tender process for future development
