Panasonic Mobile Communications Development of Europe Ltd

PMCDE is a subsidiary of Matsushita Electrical and Industrial, one of Japan’s largest engineering companies. PMC operates in the mobile communications space, developing mobile phones for the Japanese domestic and global markets. PMCDE works in collaboration with other Panasonic development and manufacturing centres in the USA, the Czech Republic, the Phillipines, Japan and China.
Established a Project Management Office to improve processes and systems, provide support to a portfolio of around thirty projects, and report business key performance indicators to the management team. The PMO provided experienced programme managers to major product and technology development projects, as well as leading some major cross functional business change projects.

. Champion change programmes throughout PMC in the US and Japan
